How do I change my password?

In order to reset your password, go on the website, click on log in and instead of introducing your username and password just click on ‘Forgotten Password’ directly and follow the instructions on the screen.

Once you have received the reset password link/token via email (please wait for 5-10 minutes and also check your junk/spam folders as well), simply copy the link (instead of directly clicking on it) and paste it into your Chrome browser, then tap send/enter to load the page.

You will then be able to successfully change your password. Once you change it, you will then need to log into your account with the newly created password and either your username or email address.

Please note that the reset link expires. Therefore, it is advised to be done in a quick timeframe.
