Here a few of the most common issues:
1. Incorrect login details.
This means that either the username/email address is incorrect, or you entered an incorrect password. Please double-check that you have typed in the correct details without any accidental spaces or lower case/upper case issues. If you have forgotten your password, please follow the steps to reset it.
- VPN Usage
We are legally bound to only provide services to individuals residing in the United Kingdom. Therefore, we have systems in place that prevent players to login unless they are in the UK. Make sure no applications are running that might act as a VPN or have one running in the background that would prevent your login.
- Attempting to login from a different country
We are only able to provide services in UK and Ireland and you would not be able to access the website/your account from a different country.
- Restricted account
At first please check your inbox for any potential messages from our relevant departments, such as Customer Security, Safer Gaming or Customer Support (do make sure you check all folders such as Spam/Junk etc.).

- Connectivity issues
Make sure that your device and browser are up to date and go through the troubleshooting steps for each browser in particular. A few steps good to follow are:
- Check your device settings that your Wifi or Mobile Network options are enabled, make sure you check you router and go through your ISP's recommended steps.
- Each browser has its own set of settings and versions, usually going into the options of the settings you would be able to check that all is up to date and no extensions are preventing you from accessing sites successfully.
- If you are using an application, make sure you granted all required permissions.
- Try alternative devices to rule out potential device malfunctions.
