How do I change my account information?

For email address you may update by accessing ''My account area'' then go on ''Contact information'' and click on ''EDIT'' on the right bottom of the page.

For your phone number, you may update by accessing  ''My account area'' then go on ''Contact information'' and click on ''EDIT'' on the right bottom of the page.

*Important note: If you are unable to make these changes, please contact our Support Team with the request and make sure it is accompanied with the proper documentation, a valid form of ID and a selfie holding the document:

-Driving License

-Passport

-Citizen card

**Note: Please make sure the document is valid, with 4 corners framed in the picture and all the details readable.

To update your name, you have to submit a request to the Support team and needs to be accompanied by documentations, such as:

-Other type of official documentation that clearly shows the change that has occurred.

To update your home address, you need to submit a request to our Support Team and needs to be accompanied by documentation, such as:
 

-Utility bill ( Gas, Electricity, Water, landline phone)

-Official Government correspondence
