We offer deposit limits to help you budget your spend on your (brand) account. They can be set to run per day, per week or per month and are designed not to allow you to deposit or attempt to deposit over your chosen amount.
Your deposit limits can also be set at any time, although keep in mind that while a decrease in your deposit limit will happen immediately, an increase will not take effect until 24 hours after you make the change.
You may have more than one account on our network. For each account you hold, you will need to set your deposit limits separately.
Our deposit limits reset according to the following schedule in UTC timings:
- Daily deposit limits: 00:00 to 23:59
- Weekly deposit limits: Sunday (00:00) to Saturday (23:59)
- Monthly deposit limits: 00:00 on the 1st of each month
