If you feel that gambling is affecting you, your family, work, or relationships you can opt to self-exclude from our sites for a period of 6 months, 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 years
Self-exclusion is an option for people who have concerns about their gambling or spending.
By self-excluding, you choose to
1) Opt out of playing and marketing
2) Acknowledge that you are unable to access your account or any account within our network while the exclusion is active.
3) Acknowledge that any pending wagers (like pre-bought Bingo tickets) will be void and refunded and that we'll work with you to refund and cash funds that may be remaining in your account.
To self-exclude, please complete the following steps:
1) Complete our self-exclusion form online in our Safer Gambling Tools section, including the extent of your exclusion and your preferred timeframe.
2) Agree to the terms of the exclusion and click to proceed
Once your self-exclusion period has expired, your account(s) will remain excluded until you contact our Customer Support team to reopen.
Once we remove your exclusion, there is a 24 hour cool-oof period before your account reopens, during which time, you can also choose to extend your exclusion.
In the event that you are able to register a new account within our network during your exclusion or before we are able to reopen your account, any winnings will be deemed invalid.
